WHEREAS:
Students applying to 5-year MS are already NM Tech students,
Students tend to ask those who teach junior level classes to write references adding to their
service burden,
3 references are probably not needed for our own students,
BE IT RESOLVED:
We shall only require two letters of reference for 5-year MS students
