Cross-Equatorial Flow (Esbensen)

1. SST is a critical field, need to obtain all data and intercompare, including aircraft in situ, TRMM-TMI.
2. Look at dropsonde data, do joint analyses of dropsonde and radiosonde data to document marine atmospheric boundary layer.
3. Use Ron Brown and New Horizon transects to study marine atmospheric boundary layer over SST front.
4. Try to understand what factors maintain the SST front.
