Both aircraft fly an ITCZ mission today with take-off scheduled for 0930 local. En route to 93W, 12N the aircraft will do 5-min. wing-to-wing intercomparisons at altitudes of 600-ft., 6000-ft., and 13000-ft. The C-130 carries dropsondes, the P-3 dropsondes and ocean probes.
