Overall: Two per day soundings continuing (0000GMT and 1200GMT)

Aerosondes

     Team expected in San Cristobal by 21 Sep; aerosondes and fuel expected in
Guayaquil on 15 or 16 Sep for customs clearance and shipping. Test flights
expected to begin around 24 Sep.

Soundings

     0000GMT and 1200GMT continuing. Balloons are of excellent quality; most to
20mb or better.
