Both aircraft to fly 95W ITCZ mission with an intercomparison shortly after take-off.
NOTES: After considerable discussions with PIs in Huatulco, Jay Fein makes the decision to pay the Customs imposed tax to release the expendibles which have been held upin Mexico City for the past two weeks. The tax imposed is of the order of $118K.
